FACT AMERICA IS LOSING. This is true of course for those who cannot or will not read The Constitution of the United States of America. Which mandates a budget be submitted by law every April 15th. Of course this has not happened in the past couple of years… Actually the problem is not the slow economy, the wars, or the prescription drug plan but rather The New World Order and all things that flowed from that including but not limited to the events of 9/11. If they wanted to solve the revenue problem all they have to do is to set the same type of trade tariffs (25%) that China imposes upon us (instead of 2% we charge them). China is doing great under those policies but those who are puling the strings are doing even better as they seem hell bent to pull this country down and grind us into dust. You could impeach the entire congress and this systemic problem would still remain.

It is simply not the debt ceiling which is something on the order of a many times greater than any previous administration or even greater than all the previous administrations combined!
